Fall 2023 Project – Squid Ink Manufacturing

Squid Ink Manufacturing is used by a large network of internal sales and engineer staff and distribution teams worldwide. The challenging tasks of this web project was understanding and coordinating with departments’ utilization of the website, migrating the user database, and establishing a more intuitive and streamline login and registration system.
 
Prior to the upgrade, new users would have to contact the company and have staff manually register them to the online resource portal. Additionally, registrants that had login issues did not have the ability to reset their own password, therefore having to contact staff for new credentials. The experience is now mostly user controlled, where they can register, login, and update credentials at their own convenience.
