Fall 2022 Project – Engage Technologies

My first major web project with Engage Technologies demonstrated my ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently. The positive results of that project led the Sales and Order Processing departments to reach out in the hopes of a streamline process, order tracking. Both teams handled customer calls and emails that requested tracking information for their orders, which was a manual process of looking up customer orders within Syspro.
 
This project took about 1-2 months to 1) understand their accounting platform’s database and 2) the potential integration with the website. The achievement was announced at our 2022 Fiscal Q4 meeting and that I had implemented a streamline function that would take our internal staff’s manual efforts out of the equation and directly into the customer’s hands. The company and its customers have been using it since, with a constant trend in its utilization.
